The central paved road thru Susita/Hippos...I wonder if our roads will still exist in 2000 years?









Susita was destroyed by earthquake round 830AD & abandoned. This is an extensive site & a few pics don't do justice to what we saw. Fascinating stuff for we kiwis from the new world.
